Welcome to Fertility Answers! Convenience for our patients is important to us and we know it is important to you. Our goal is for our patients to have full access to their medical information and communication with us to enhance your overall experience and involvement in your care. We take pride in our state-of-the-art electronic medical records system that gives you and your OBGyn access to your important health information, information that is used to make important decisions about your fertility journey. Your access point is the eIVF Patient Portal where you will register as a patient.
The eIVF Patient Portal allows you and referring OBGyns to get messages from your Fertility Answers doctors and nurses, current lab results, important medical documents, medical reports, reminders, news and all the information that will give you every detail to follow your fertility process.
Additionally, download the free eIVF Mobile App to give you even greater access anytime, anywhere from your mobile phone or tablet. In the App Store from your mobile device, search for and download eIVF_Mobile by PracticeHwy.com. You will need to have your Registration ID handy to activate eIVF Mobile. This information can be found in the Patient Portal after you register online.
Before your first appointment, our office staff will provide you with a temporary login and password to access the eIVF Patient Portal. Once entering the Patient Portal, you will be required to immediately change your password as part of its enhanced patient security. Once logged in, you will be prompted to complete your patient information and history. This information needs to be completed before your initial consultation appointment with one of our physicians.
For current patients, please note that our patient portal comes with enhanced security and you may be required to change your password.
