Fertility & Women's Health Center of Louisiana's main office is located in Lafayette, LA. The center also offers two satellite offices located in Lake Charles, LA, and Alexandria, LA.

Directions from Alexandria: Take I-49 South to Lafayette. Continue past I-10 (I-49 will become Evangeline Thruway/US Hwy 90). Take a right on Kaliste Saloom Road past airport and continue for approximately 4-5 miles. Cross over Ambassador Caffery and take a left onto Farrel Road. Fertility & Women's Health Center is located on the right hand side of the road adjacent to Fisher's Early Learning Center.

Directions from Lake Charles or Baton Rouge: Take I-10 to Lafayette. Exit Ambassador Caffery Pkwy (Exit 100) and continue south on Ambassador Caffery for approximately 7-8 miles. Take a right onto Kaliste Saloom Road and then the first left onto Farrel Road. Fertility & Women's Health Center is located on the right hand side of the road adjacent to Fisher's Early Learning Center.

Our Alexandria Office is located in Suite 4C Specialty Clinic, 4th floor in the Rapides Women's & Children's Hospital building. Take elevator 16 or 17 to get to the Specialty Clinic.
