IVF Fee Schedule
At Fertility & Women’s Health Center of Louisiana we are committed to lightening the financial burden placed upon our patients by offering IVF procedures and ancillary assisted reproductive technologies procedures at costs well below that of other centers across the country.
Please note that the fee schedule below for a Standard IVF Cycle does not include an initial consultation, prescreening labs, or medications required. The average amount spent on medications depends upon the patient and her response to treatment, but is typically in the range of $2,000 to $4,000. The costs of medications are paid directly to the pharmacy or company from which you obtain your medications. Fertility & Women's Health Center has no control over the cost of medications, but will utilize the pharmacy of your choice. Please inquire about mail-order pharmacies. These generally give substantial discounts and ship directly to your home.
Please feel free to ask our personnel any questions you may have regarding our fees. Treatment costs are per cycle. Financing is available through ARC. Arrangements for financing is done solely through ARC and the patient.
Payment is due at the time of visit. We accept cash, check, VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. If you wish to speak with a member of our billing staff, they may be reached weekdays between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. at 337/989-8795 or 1-888/467-BABY (2229).

- Ultrasonographic egg retrieval

Women's & Children's Hospital Fee
$1,900
- Procedure room, nursing care, lab supplies, post-operative care for egg retrieval and embryo transfer
Sheridan Healthcare Anesthesia Fee
$400
- Anesthesia services for oocyte retrieval including medication
TOTAL $6,800 - Due at start of fertility medications ("Stim Start")
