Fertility & Women’s Health Center of Louisiana is located in Lafayette, LA, and was established by Drs. John M. Storment, William D. Pelletier, and James L. Zehnder in August 2002. Their practice offers comprehensive treatment of infertility, including Assisted Reproductive Technologies and In Vitro Fertilization, treatment of multiple pregnancy loss, endometriosis, and all other reproductive endocrine disorders, routine gynecologic care, and menopause management. Their main office is located at 4630 Ambassador Caffery, Suite 206, Lafayette, LA. The center also offers satellite offices in Lake Charles, LA and Alexandria, LA.
